Meet Dr. Monica
At the age of nine years old, Dr. Monica learned of the benefits of chiropractic adjustments and natural health. She suffered from chronic migraines; after numerous doctors’ visits, radiological exams and the reality of being put on medication for the rest of her life, she was introduced to chiropractic care. From then on, her fascination of the human body began. She attended the University of Arizona where she obtained her Bachelor’s degree and in 2002 graduated from Sherman College of Chiropractic with her Doctorate of Chiropractic. After graduating from medical school, Dr. Monica opened her private practice in 2004 in South Carolina. In 2011, she and her family moved back to Tucson where she opened Fowler Chiropractic and has been treating her valued patients since
When Dr. Monica is not in the office she enjoys time with her husband whom she met in college in 1999, their two dogs, friends and family. She has a competitive spirit, a love of sports and still plays on various softball leagues. She also spends any free time she can get camping, fishing and boating.

Jillian graduated from the American Institute of Massage Therapy, south
Florida. She moved here after 10 years of being a licensed massage
therapist in Florida to be with family and to experience what Tucson has to offer. She believes in therapeutic massage. Never giving the same massage twice, she continually strives to give the individual body what it needs. She loves sports massage in particular, but maintains a deep knowledge and commitment to Shiatsu, deep tissue/structural
massage, Reflexology and so much more. Adding another interest to her
profile, teaching people about their bodies and how they work is also a
passion. Prevention of pain can be achieved!
Since arrival in Tucson, Jillian has been working to improve her skills as a licensed massage therapist. She has developed and consolidated her methods to include aroma therapy, hot stone massage and cranial-sacral processes, aiding those who suffer with sinus and migraine symptoms. Her interest in sports massage has become more acute as she continues to work to enhance her skills utilizing pre and post-exertion therapies with emphasis on rehabilitation, stretching techniques and hydrotherapy.
As stated, a significant passion lies in teaching in her field of knowledge; and she has therefore been able to develop CEU classes for ongoing education of both current and future LMTs. She hopes to continue along these lines and improve and develop procedures to achieve success in her career, both technically and spiritually.
